Please find below information about the way our curriculum is taught. Parents or other members of the public can find out more about our curriculum by contacting the school or by speaking to your child's class teacher.
The National Curriculum is taught at St. Filumena’s Catholic Primary School as in all maintained schools. Links are made where possible to the children’s learning in English and Mathematics in order to provide them with meaningful contexts and purposeful opportunities to learn and apply their skills.
Our aim is to provide a broad and balanced curriculum which helps children to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes which fully prepare them for the next stage of their education and later life in modern Britain.
What does your child learn at school each day? Find information about our curriculum subjects here.
Please also see 'Class Pages' for further details on curriculum within each class. (Click on the link below)
PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AS WE UPDATE OUR CURRICULUM/CLASS PAGES TO GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR EXCITING CURRICULUM.
