Holy Week Activity

The journey with Jesus to the Cross on Good Friday is a difficult one, but exploring it's meaning with our children is to discover the very essence and heart of our faith together. It teaches us that even in our darkest suffering and pain God is with us; and that God has the ability to take our very worst and transform it into His greatest glory!

We wish you and your families a blessed and happy Easter.

 Please find below a family activity for you to do together during Holy Week. Download the template to make your own donkey, and a copy of the donkey's story. We hope that you may make time over the coming week to cut out and glue the donkey together. Don't forget to give him / her their ears too! Please also share the 'donkey's story' over this Holy Week, hearing about what happened on each day and placing the corresponding item into the donkey's saddle bag. We encourage you to do this with your child and to talk about it, and pray the journey of Jesus' last week with them to Easter.
