Friday 6th September 2019

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to provide our after school clubs guide.  Following parent and pupil feedback, we have brought on board some external providers to enable us to provide a wealth of broad and balanced extra-curricular opportunities for all of our pupils.

If your child is interested in participating in any of the clubs on offer, then please complete the slip below and return to school by Tuesday 10th September. Where a club is over-subscribed, those who returned slips first will be offered a place and a waiting list applied for the next available placement. Confirmation texts will be sent out on Wednesday 11th September.

Where there is an external provider, there will be a cost made directly to the provider.  Please compete the relevant form provided by the individual club provider: please click on one of the links below.  Your child can gain one from their class teacher).  This form and all monies will need to be provided in a sealed, clearly marked envelope with the child’s name, class and club details.  The office will not process payment for these and all funds will go to the relevant provider.  Note that payments must be made for the full duration of the course and refunds due to absence/illness cannot be issued due to minimum numbers making the clubs viable. Support may be available with Club fees for pupil premium children; parents/carers must complete the funding wesbite form prior to the club starting.

We hope that the new additions will be a great success and that your child will enjoy the activities we have on offer.  Mr Allen will be taking over the extra-curricular club organising moving forward and is more than willing to answer any of your questions.

If you have any ideas about future clubs, please do not hesitate to email the school office.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs Tomlinson

Principal
